Based in the Chicagoland area, AIV serves as a multi-stage investor and often enjoys combining late stage cash flows with the innovation of early stage innovation. We believe this multi-stage approach allows the company to identify pain points that companies/industries experience across the spectrum from venture to later stage. We seek to solve these pain points through an eco-system of portfolio collaboration as well as through new venture creation/incubation to directly address them.
